The self-loathing of people with office jobs...
It's been a little over a week, and I'm starting to feel the strain.
It truly is some of the most boring shit ever thrown at a person, I mean, the tasks they make me do are ridiculous (today, I had to aphabetize about a thousand checks. Standing. For at least three and a half hours), but it pays. So. And also, the experience is just GRAND. It gives me more material to mock. And also just life experience in general.

So yes! That's how it is.

_________

stumbling out of the woods
with a walk like
a refugee's

creeping vines on ancient churches
worry lines on stern ancestral faces
asking to be burnt away

and further downward...
if there were tourists still around they would stare in horror

No issue is so small that it can't be blown out of proportion.
